NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Equalization of Burt County, Nebraska, will be held at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Burt County Courthouse in Tekamah, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  The Property Valuation Protest Hearings will be held during this meeting as well as other board of equalization business. A draft agenda is available for review anytime, with a final agenda available 24 hours before the meeting at the County Clerk’s office. The Board will continue Protest Hearings on Wednesday, July 16, 2025; with that meeting will also being open to the public with a 9:00 A.M. start time.

The Board of Equalization will meet at 9:00 A.M. Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Burt County Courthouse in Tekamah, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public. Notice is also given for Damaged Property Hearings to be held on this day. Final Decisions for Form 422’s and 425’s will be held. A Hearing for a permissive Exemption will be held during this meeting. Other Board of Equalization action agenda items may added for this meeting. Draft agenda is available for review anytime with Final Agenda available 24 hours before the meeting at the County Clerk’s office.
