Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting and public hearings August 28th, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Courthouse at Tekamah, Nebraska.  An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the office of the Burt County Planning and Zoning office.  The agenda may be modified 24 hours prior to such meeting. The Public hearings will be for:

Variance:

1. Troy Glup to Wet Floodproof an Agricultural Structure in the Burt County Floodplain located in Section 22, Township 21N, Range 11E of the sixth PM Summit Township.
2. Troy Glup to build a shed closer to the lot line than regulation allows.  The parcel is located in Section 22, Township 21N, Range 11E of the sixth PM Summit Township.
