NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. in the County Boardroom on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse at Tekamah, NE. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for: Beeline Solar Energy LLC, an affiliate of Invenergy Solar Project Development LLC to place a solar facility in the following Sections 28,29,32 and 33, in Township 21N, Range 11 E; and Sections 3,4,5,8,9,10, and 15, in Township 20N, Range 11 E, Burt County, NE.
