Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Planning Commission will hold a meeting and a public hearing on Monday, January 5th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Burt County Courthouse at 111 N 13th St. Tekamah, Nebraska. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the office of the Burt County Planning and Zoning office. The agenda may be modified 24 hours prior to such meeting. The Public Hearings will be for:
- Conditional Use Permit -Dennis Gill to place mobile home on 12 acres where there is already a single wide, and a home on this piece of property (431102500) in Section 25 Township 23 Range 10E in Decatur Township.
- Conditional Use Permit- Ryan Kent Bacon (Derek Petersen) to build a house on 3.1 acres (420500700) SW4 of Section 10 Township 23 Range 8E in Everett Township
