NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Board of Supervisors will hold Public Hearings on January 14, 2026 at 9:20 A.M. in the County Boardroom on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse at Tekamah, NE. The purpose of the public hearings, for the following two (2) Conditional Use Permits:
(1) for Dennis Gill to place mobile home on 12 acres where there is already a single wide, and a home on this piece of property (431102500) in Section 25 Township 23N Range 10E in Decatur Township, Burt County, NE.
(2) for Ryan Kent Bacon (Derek Petersen) to build a house on 3.1 acres (420500700) SW4 of Section 10 Township 23N Range 8E in Everett Township, Burt County, NE.
