PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Planning Commission will hold a meeting and a public hearing on Monday, March 9^th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Burt County Courthouse at 111 N 13^th St. Tekamah, Nebraska. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the office of the Burt County Planning and Zoning office. The agenda may be modified 24 hours prior to such meeting. The Public Hearings will be for:

1. Conditional Use Permit
   1. 26-04CUP- Layne Miller- to place a temporary Branch of Battle Creek State Bank known as Creekside State Bank at L3 SE4SW4&L4 SW4SW4 33-22-8 OAKLAND TWP 4 Acres zoned as A-1.
2. Updating Burt County Zoning Regulations
   1. Update Abandonment in the Definitions to include timelines
   1. Remove that CUP’s must be filed with the register of Deeds
   1. Update Matrix to include Banks in A-1
