| Project Location: | Generally located east of Oakland, in Burt County, Nebraska. On L Road, beginning at Highway 77, thence east, along L Road, ending at 23 Road. |
| Project Description & Scope: | Approximately 6 miles of cold milling and 4” x 24’ asphaltic concrete overlay (1.5” SLX over 2.5” SPR), earth shoulder construction, seeding, permanent pavement marking, seeding and erosion control. The project also includes an alternate for cement stabilized base. Selected bidder shall furnish necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials and incidentals required to complete the work as per the Contract Documents. |

Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents.
Each bidder will be required to submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Treasurer of Burt County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the accompanied bid proposal.
The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated start date and completion date for all work on the project. The Contractor will be allowed thirty (30) calendar days for project completion. The desired completion date of the project is September 1, 2026.
The Burt County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act’s competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 23-3110 to 23-3114.
