VACATION OF COUNTY ROAD
PUBLIC ROAD NUMBER 203 (COUNTY ROAD 44)
Notice is hereby given that the County Board of Supervisors of Burt County, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2026 at 9:20 a.m. at the Board of Supervisors Room to consider vacating the following described public road:
Public Road Number 203 (County Road 44 north of County Road C). Legally described as a tract of land being the West 33 feet of the Southeast 1/4 and the East 33 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M. Burt County, Nebraska.
All persons interested may appear and be heard.
Conditional Use Permits (7) Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings beginning at 9:30 a.m. on July 28, 2026 in the County Boardroom on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse at Tekamah, NE. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the following (7) Conditional Use Permit applications:
