PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Burt County Planning Commission will hold a meeting and a public hearing on Monday, February 9th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Burt County Courthouse at 111 N 13th St. Tekamah, Nebraska. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the office of the Burt County Planning and Zoning office.  The agenda may be modified 24 hours prior to such meeting. The Public Hearings will be for:

  1. Conditional Use Permits

  2. Updating Burt County Zoning Regulations
    • Adding cabins to the definition under campground in Glossary
    • Adding a Maximum Density Waiver Letter Option
    • Adding Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)
