Board of Equalization Meetings

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Equalization of Burt County, Nebraska, will be held at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Burt County Courthouse in Tekamah, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  The purpose of the meeting is to hold Property Valuation Protest Hearings and consider other miscellaneous BOE business. For Final Decisions on valuation Protests and other BOE business, the Board of Equalization will meet at 9:00 A.M. Friday, July 24, 2026 at the Burt County Courthouse in Tekamah, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  Agendas for all BOE meetings are available at the County Clerk’s office.
